ReviewPine is a software service delivered entirely online. There are no physical goods and nothing is shipped.
How you receive the service
- Access is instant. Your account is ready as soon as you verify your email address, and your free trial starts immediately.
- Your reviews start importing as soon as you connect your business; the first ones usually appear within a minute or two and the rest follow in the background.
- After payment, your plan activates as soon as PayPal confirms the payment or mandate (normally within seconds), and you see a confirmation page with your plan details.
- Your widget goes live on your website the moment you paste its one-line code, and updates automatically whenever you save changes.
- Invoices are available immediately under Billing in your account, as a printable page and a PDF.
Where the service is available
ReviewPine is offered to businesses worldwide: in India it is priced in Indian rupees, everywhere else in US dollars. The widget itself works on websites viewed anywhere in the world.
Delivery problems
If your plan has not activated after a successful payment, or you cannot access something you paid for, email [email protected] with your payment reference and we will fix it, or refund you if we cannot, as set out in our refund policy.
