You can. Google’s Places API returns at most 5 reviews per place, chosen by Google, and it needs a Google Cloud project with billing set up, an API key and a developer to build and look after it. No. The trial needs only your email address. You add payment details only when you choose a plan, and nothing is charged before you do.
In US dollars through PayPal, with your PayPal balance or a card. Plans renew yearly, and you can switch auto-renew off anytime from your billing page.
Yes. Every payment comes with an invoice in US dollars, with your business name and VAT or tax number if you add them, downloadable as a PDF from your billing page.
Yes. Upgrading takes effect straight away, and the unused value of your current plan becomes credit, so you never pay twice for the same time. You can move to a smaller plan when your current plan ends, once your businesses fit it.
Switch auto-renew off under Billing in your account, at any time. No calls, no forms. Your plan stays active until the end of the year you paid for, your widgets keep working, and no further charges are made.
Because you can try everything free first, yearly payments are generally non-refundable once the plan period has started. We refund in full a duplicate or mistaken charge, a renewal charged after you had switched auto-renew off, or a period in which we could not provide the service through our own fault. For anything else, write to us and we will look at it fairly. If you are a consumer in the EU or UK, you also have a 14-day right to withdraw from a new subscription. Read the full policy.
Yes. Plans cover one, several or unlimited businesses on a single account, with unlimited widgets per business (fair use). Ideal for agencies and multi-location brands.
Widgets are unlimited for normal use. Most businesses use two or three: a slider on the homepage, a badge in the footer, a grid on a reviews page. Fair use only stops automated or abusive mass creation that would slow the service down for everyone. If you ever need more, email us and we will raise it for you.
Prices are in US dollars and don’t include taxes of your country. If a sales tax, VAT or GST applies where you are (for example under a reverse-charge rule for businesses), you account for it locally. Every invoice can show your business name and VAT or tax number.
Your plan renews at its price at that time. If we ever change a price, we tell you before it affects your next renewal, and you can switch auto-renew off before it does. We also email you 7 days before every renewal.
