Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 you can ask us about your personal data, ask us to correct or erase it, and complain if you are not satisfied. This page explains how.

What you can ask for
- Access: a summary of the personal data we hold about you, what we do with it, and who we have shared it with.
- Correction and update: fix anything inaccurate, incomplete or out of date.
- Erasure: delete your personal data, unless we must keep it by law (for example, tax invoices).
- Withdraw consent: stop processing that relies on your consent.
- Nomination: name someone to exercise these rights for you in case of death or incapacity.
- Review removal: if you wrote a Google review shown by a widget we serve, ask us to stop showing it.
- Grievance: tell us about anything in how we handle personal data that concerns you.
How to make a request
- Email [email protected], ideally from the email address registered with your account, so we can verify it is you.
- Tell us what you are asking for (access, correction, erasure, nomination or a grievance) and include any details that help (for a review removal, the link to the review).
- We acknowledge your request, may ask you to confirm your identity, and act on it.
How quickly we respond
We aim to resolve requests within 30 days, and always within 90 days of receiving them, as the DPDP Rules, 2025 require. If we cannot do what you ask, for example because the law requires us to keep certain records, we will explain why.
If you are not satisfied
Once you have used our grievance process, you may complain to the Data Protection Board of India, which accepts complaints online through its digital platform.
